about the CCM NIT (BOYS)
Minnesota Hockey, in conjunction with CCM and the Minnesota Hockey Coaches Association, annually hosts one of the top showcase tournaments in the country, the CCM National Invitational Tournament (NIT). The tournament features teams comprised of the top high school players from Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Colorado, and North Dakota. The CCM National Invitational Tournament (NIT) is regarded as one of the top prospect tournaments for high school age players in the nation. Many NHL, NCAA Division I/Division III, ACHA, US Junior, and Canadian Junior coaches and representatives are in attendance.
“Many high school players have the potential to play at the next level after their high school career is over and this tournament will give these young men a chance to showcase their abilities in front of scouts from the NHL, NCAA and junior leagues.”
-Mike MacMillan, Executive Director of the Minnesota High School Coaches Association
